Is it very difficult to learn Flamenco or Spanish guitar already having learned contemporary style guitar? I'm asking because I play the guitar and would like to learn Flamenco, but it seems really the only significant difference is in the movement of the right hand. Is it as simple as mastering the appropriate movements with the right hand?

Hi Brandon, this is a subjective question. Some people will find it easier than others, and it is likely that as you already have the coordination and training from playing guitar that it will not be too challenging, however it is quite different to classical guitar or pop guitar. –  Dr Mayhem Dec 26 '13 at 22:41
