I'm having a very difficult time lowering latency for cubase 5 through my asio io2 express audio interface. I have only been able to lower the buffer size to 512 samples but that is still too high as I'm getting like 80ms latency for input and 20ms for output.

Here's a screenshot of my settings:

What can I do to fix this? I'm thoroughly confused at the moment.
