We are trying to cover this classic 1996 Eminem track "313" but for the life of me I cannot figure out this chord progression.

I'm hoping someone can help!

This isn't really so much a chord progression as it is a bassline moving in parallel intervals.

They're just parallel 23rds. I suppose I shouldn't say "just," because it's not like that's exactly common, and the range makes them very difficult to hear.

The bassline is just D - B - C - C# and it's sounding with a harmonic interval of a 23rd: that's three octaves plus a whole step. So if the bassline is actually D1 - B0 - C1 - C#1, the interval being played above is E4 - C#4 - D4 - D#4.
