As a beginning drummer I'm looking around on the web to see if there are any free online (video, website, ebook) drum lessons available for beginners. As with everything the internet is full of good and - more often - not so good resources. Have the more experienced drummers among you come across resources that you would consider good enough to be passed on to the less experienced among us to get started?

http://vicfirth.com has a large education section, including video lessons and printable exercises. I highly recommend the site. Just be prepared for a lot of product placement. |

http://freedrumlessons.com has some pretty good lessons that are easy (rock, funk, jazz, etc) and there is a pretty good selection of styles. It covers rudiments, warmups, etc. and isn't hard to follow, I've used it myself before when messing around with a drum set. |
