Both are fine. Choose one. You will not miss out on anything if you choose one over the other. The most important thing for you is daily, quality practice. Choose literature that is playable but challenging.

Hanon exercises are available at Practice them in all keys to develop finger strength and dexterity.

This does not answer the question, which was not about where to find the Hanon exercises, but whether Hanon or Czerny is better for a student in the asker's situation. – Todd Wilcox Sep 29 '15 at 19:38
