Musical Practice & Performance Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for musicians, students, and enthusiasts. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I'm looking for books about guitar (and slide) in open G, the kind of book with tablatures, partitions, a cd etc, etc ... In english, french or spanish. But I can't find anything on google or amazon.

I found Songbuch für Gitarre mit Tabulatur but it's in german and Open Tuning Christmas songs but that's far from my expectations (which are: blues and derivates).

What book do you know on this subject ? Maybe I'll have more luck searching for actual titles (I'm not asking for recommendations as it's off topic)

Sorry, @jpic, it is still of-topic. Per the FAQ, "shopping recommendations are off-topic." This seems to fall into that category. This is because the list is endless and there is no "right" answer. Try asking around in chat. – Luke May 24 '12 at 17:19
0) this question is not about recommendation or shopping 1) this topic is rare, there is not an "endless list" 2) there is a right answer: the list of the maybe 3 books that exists on this precise topic. – jpic May 24 '12 at 17:50
Look in the book tag, there are many open topics about book recommendation. This doesn't make any sense. Anyway, FTR, this online browsable book seems to be the reference in open g. – jpic May 24 '12 at 20:48
