I love sound of flutes used in those songs (examples ofc):

First question. Are they Tibetian flutes, or I'm terribly wrong?
Second, more important for me question. Is there a way that one can made that flute? If so, is here anyone who could give some schemes/tips etc? (I'm aware that my question may be not fitting this stackexchange's site, but I'm dying to know the answers and to have one on my own.)
