I have my basic grade exams in music , so I have to prepare for site reading, can anyone tell me how should I practice for my exams .

This question is going to need a lot more specificity and background information if it is to be reopened. At present it looks like you are having difficulty hearing the difference between different numbers of consecutive sounds... and whatever that is certainly isn't addressable in a Music Q+A format.
