I'm looking for a list of common chord progressions for pop music on piano. I'm fairly new to piano (transitioning from guitar) and have learned that most pop songs used modified versions of chords.

To be accurate, all pop songs use chords:) –  Dr Mayhem Oct 12 '12 at 18:00
That's why I noted "modified." –  siouxfan45 Oct 12 '12 at 18:04
Hi, welcome to this site! Please take a look at the "Lists" section of this Meta post. Most often we don't allow list questions, and when we do they need to have more criteria and a clear problem. It's not clear what use this would be, and pop piano songs don't really differ much from pop guitar songs in terms of chord progressions. Also check out the FAQ and feel free to ask any other questions you might have that would be a better fit here. –  Matthew Read Oct 12 '12 at 18:16
