I am learning to sing, but don't have the luxury to always be around someone who can correct my pitch. Is there an Android app that can tell me which frequency I'm singing at, e.g. C or F#, preferably in real-time?

Yes, there are various ones which will do this. I use DA Tuner, but any good tuner will do.
This one tells you the exact frequency of a note, the standard pitch it is nearest to, and indicates with colour when you hit the note dead on. |
