comment Should I look at the fretboard while I play guitar?
I would like to look at my fretboard more, as some slides I do are tricky to aim, but I tend to wear a mask on stage with bright lights for eyes, so I don't really get to see anything :-)

comment How to connect a 16 ohm and an 8 ohm cabinet to the same amp head
Good point on the relative volume - that is likely to be the key factor.

comment How does this technique (Beat Tap?) work?
I'm not sure if there is any shortcut route other than just to keep trying and practicing. Consistency and control are pretty much learned over time.

I am not sure which bit you are describing. The thumb is used to mute after the slap, and he just hits one string. That is just practice. You can learn to simply hit one string at a time.

In not sure it's a difference in tempo. Think it is the trying to sync the tempo with the backing track

Don't do it by trying to start the metronome live, as you don't know what the delay should be, and neither could we. Run your track into a daw, and then you can set your click track at whatever delay you like.

comment Selling arrangements online
I don't know about the ones in your area-you'd probably want to either Google or speak to local musicians, music schools etc. Here I joined through the websites. Yes there is an annual fee.
