I play the double bass, electric bass, most brass instruments - with a preference for the low - and some other instruments, as well as sing (choir, รก capella and solo). I know a fair bit of music theory and arranging, as well as some musical acoustics. I have a huge crush on musical instruments in general. My main focus is jazz and related genres, but I find myself in other contexts now and then.

comment Right hand in top stave?
:-) I interprated "the upper stave" as meaning the song stave. I now see "the other question" and for this I totally agree with Babu that the notated chords go in the right hand. The different stem directions are there to indicate the melody as a separate voice from the accompaniment.

comment Why is the last semiquaver outside the last triplet of the measure?
@Chiron: Do as Bavi_H says, or you can practice clapping, tapping and playing four against three which you need to know in order to play the last beat exactly as written. Or you could just wing it, but loose out on a good exercise. :-)

The Mighty Wurlitzer theater organ would be an acoustic candidate. You can hear it e.g. at the Berlin museum of musical instruments (youtube.com/watch?v=fKI5Rqw_3D4) and at numerous places in the US (youtube.com/watch?v=QiKJgN80jBs)

It would be interesting to learn what the down vote was for. Is anything incorrect or does the answer not answer the question? How can I improve it? :-)

@Luke: I believe the minim/half note should have been dotted.

comment Musical notation/tablature for isomorphic instruments
I wonder if there is some special notation used for indicating how to play certain passages on a chromatic button accordion, and in that case if that could be helpful for the harpejji.

comment Is there any way to improve composing?
@Dreat: You could try to search for sources like this. Perhaps that one's not your cup of tea, but with some clever searching you might find other idea spurring sites or sources.

comment Repeating a melody over 4 octaves
I'm struggling to understand this question. With "repeating a melody over 4 octaves" do you mean repeating sequentially or in parallel? Are you asking about how to arrange parallel voices? What are the 4 octaves doing? Why are the top and bottom notes defined? And where does "transpose" fit in?
