comment Pre-requisite Skills for Playing with a Slide (acoustic)
@joelhaus, there's nothing wrong with trying out the slide before you master the guitar, However you will need a second guitar for playing slide since you want high action on a slide guitar... And if you have problems with barre, high action is the last thing you want on the guitar you practice barre with.

comment Position of white dots in guitar fretboard
I own a very old russian made guitar with the marker on the 10th fret. And boy, is it hard to play because of that, even though I usually don't watch the markers...

comment What is a violin electric bass?
@Vass Well, Basically yes... In the same way that you can pull out a strat players guitar and replace it with a les paul... It will sound a bit different since each instrument is unique, but that's about it..

comment Capo that won't detune my guitar?
@Jduv, Im trying to say that leaving the capo on is bad for two reasons... 1. It wears out the spring on the capo... 2. It generates extra tension on the neck... I thought it was kind of clear but will edit...

comment Capo that won't detune my guitar?
@Jduv, Of course you want less tension! -that's what I'm trying to say... And leaving the capo on will loosen the spring...

Yepp! Not as quick to remove and place on like the Dunlop trigger...

I have a wrap around style too, but they are pretty impractical on stage, otherwise they work very well...

Good idea with warmoth. I remember Jackson having something similar years ago where you could design your own guitar. It was fun to play around with but the price tag always ended up way over my budget...

@neil fein, Where can you get them for that price? Here they are about 100€... That's the disadvantage with socialism...

Yes I noticed that while I was comparing different ones. I think I'm gonna go with the AKG MKII 240. I remember using them in the studio as well.

Oh, I was almost certain it was the Jam Kat, it fitted your description perfectly... They seem a bit expensive though, compared to keeping your pick between your teeth..

Great Answer, I guess I will stop looking for wireless and start looking for the flat response ones instead!
