What's the best choice to get more juice out of a tube-amplifier. well my question isn't that new, and in fact I don't own my HT-1 anymore. I'm now using an ENGL e530. But thanks for the answer. |

What's the best choice to get more juice out of a tube-amplifier. @slim more distorted, to be frankly, 1W is more than enough for my bedroom; but the question is obsolete now. I sold the amp a while ago, wasn't flexible enough (Footswitchable; FX Loop etc) in the long run. I'm using an Engl now. |

What string gauge should I use for my 7th string on a guitar @Ampp3 Of course, you can always use heavier strings if you want :) but, by answer is just based on DrMayhems habit of using normal 9's and 10's strings on 6-string guitars. |

Do music students find practice journals useful? interesting approach, to play every day! Seinfeld is a genius. Also, @DRL, as interesting this guitar practice shedule is, I wouldn't want to go in that direction. Having a motivator to help you to play every day is a good idea, but I think this goes to far for my taste. I wouldn't want a plan, which tells me what to practice, even if I was the one who made it. Because on one day I want to play only for 5 minutes and the other day it's 5 hours. I don't want it to be like lessons, where I NEED to do something. I want to practice what I want, when I want it. That's impossible to shedule. |

Should I take piano class? If you're playing keyboard for years already, and still kinda stuck on that level, maybe you really should take piano class. But don't take my word for it, I suck too you know. (I rarely play anything, because my Keyboard isn't that great.) ;) |

How do I play this tab of No More Sorrow's Live version @DrMayhem, hahaha, freehand cycles sounds awesome. It makes the post more analog and vintage rather then being all digital. |
