Unbalanced mics shouldn't be used on line-level inputs; those cables are meant for cheap mixers without phantom or balanced line… low-end karaoke/pub DJ levels of equipment;) | |

Also, if using the mic with 1/4" make sure the "Instrument" switch is toggled off | |
