re setting Re-setting up a guitar

My new guitar is Yamaha f310.
theThe original strings were meduimmedium but iI changed them to extra light .. because iI found them easier to play, and have a brighter sound ! But all iI hear is a buzzing sound  , terrible music . Some people told me iI have to have my guitar setup ..but i cantI can't go to a proffesionalprofessional guitar expert right now , And and every moment itime I ask question iI do not find clean short answers :( So , here isare my questions : (I'm 100% begginerbeginner ) 1 - The Neck RelifRelief : Does it mean that it must be dead straight?

2-The saddle ( adjusting the action) Do iI have to lower the saddle or make it higher ?

3- Strings Height : I don't know howwhat the right strings height must be !? how many mm?
