The first time we tried to eat with utensils (or chop sticks) it felt a little awkward, but once we got used to it - it becomes second nature. But you don't have to use a pick if you choose not to. If I try to strum without a pick for long I get cuts in my skin (darn steel strings) so I prefer a pick unless I'm finger picking and then I prefer bare fingers. | |
