I found this lick. I know that it is Jazz lick and I have used "Notes to tab" app and I think that it is in Am but I am not sure.

You could play that lick over any chord or combination of chords you like, but A minor would be a good choice. D minor would be another good one. A turnaround, Dm7 G7 C6, would work as well.
