I have a 3 bars music piece I would like to play (I have only played the normal 2 bars). I have someone to sing the top bar.

I understand for piano just play the 2 bottom bars (see below)

My question what keys do I actually use. 

NOTE1:
Since the second chord is a F (above the staff) and notes 1 shows a A F on the second line and a F on the three line. What is the best approach.

NOTE2:
Same for note2 a C (above the staff and a CG on line 2 and C on line3.

DO I play the third line as the chord and just play the two keys extra on line 2.
