learned basic on commodore 64 as a child varsity letters for pascal programming WTHS class of 1999 used DHTML techniques and graphic design in photoshop Y2K

read a book on perl in 2007. twice. tried to learn php in 2013.

came back for real august 2014 at age of 33. learned php for real made sql calls got back into javascript (apparently it's a viable language now?)

very recently had first success with XMLHttpRequest

have not yet touched jquery, node, angular... but soon
