I have studied EVERY single aspect of music: technique, classical harmony, advanced music theory, counterpoint, improvisation, music history, on 3 different instruments: electric guitar, classical guitar, and piano, for over 20 years. Every single day. I never took a ‘day off’, this never made any sense to me. To me making music is like sleeping or eating. I’ve got to do it. From day one I knew I had to learn as much as possible about music, and that’s exactly what I did. A world without music would be a much worse place than it is already.
