I’m having a hard time “really” understanding the following slash chord:

Notes in order: Ab Eb Gb - Db F Gb Bb (in that order)

Ab Eb Gb - Db F Gb Bb

LogicMy logic is telling me: Gb maj7/13 it's a / Ab

IGb maj7/13 / Ab, butI would like to give this chord a notation beginning with the root note "Ab". The best iI came up with (so far) is: Ab 7/9/11/13 (no3)Ab 7/9/11/13 (no3). I don't think this is correct. Can it be some kind of dominant sus chord (ex. 9sus4)  At least it sounds like one. Dominant, sus, IV/V feel.

Is there a way to notate this chord NOT as a slash chord?
